Phase 5 testing will focus on location tracking with some testing of ruggedization of competitor’s solutions. Up to $3M in prizes will be awarded at this event.
October 23rd – October 27th
Guests may observe testing and interact with teams throughout the day; first responders will perform mission tasks using competitor devices in authentic scenarios.
Phase 5 will take place at Muscatatuk on October 23rd – October 27th. Testing will take place on the 24th and 25th.

Demo Day FAQ
Our goal is to provide our competitor teams with assistance in developing their technologies, bringing their technologies to market, obtaining guidance from stakeholders (e.g., first responders, researchers, thought leaders), and demonstrating interoperability with advanced technologies. The FRST competitor teams will demonstrate their technologies in buildings with first responders. They may also show other capabilities their team has developed. The FRST management team has recruited several other innovation teams from prior PSCR competitions and grants to demonstrate their prototypes (e.g., CommanDING Tech Challenge, CHARIoT Challenge, UAS). In some cases, the teams are partnering with FRST Challenge teams to demonstrate their systems working together.
